Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. No one likes to have to take their car into the shop. The inconvenience of taking off work and the impending bill strike annoyance and fear from the get. And when you don't have a mechanic you trust, you feel like you're going to get hustled. So it was a nice surprise to find this repair shop in Rogers Park. They fixed our SUV twice--first for a flat tire and second for a broken AC and radiator. They handled both issues within a day and were straight about pricing and thorough about what was involved with the repairs. I did not feel like I was being taken for a ride either time, and, knock on wood, the car runs well. I highly recommend Runge's to anyone.…
