Great sandwich. Just tried Tony's in Mill Creek Plaza at 131st and Lagrange Rd. Took a while to open, but wait worth it. Beef was was one of the tastiest I've had. My take out bag of 3 regular beef and one fry weighed about 5 pounds. I even skipped dinner that day, as I was still full 8 hours later. Cant wait to try the other sandwiches. Try to support this place so it stays, as this location in strip mall has been a revolving door of bad places.

Sandwiches reign supreme at this small but popular takeout spot.. In Short
This eatery has been going strong since 1975, serving big portions at low prices from a colossal menu of more than 100 items. A full range of breakfast subs--from steak and egg to pepper and egg combos--makes the restaurant a local morning hot spot, and the long lines and quick service continue straight through the dinner rush.

Best Italian Beef. The Italian Beef sub is fabulous! The beef is tender and juicy, the french bread is sturdy enough to handle the juice while one eats the sub, and the type of peppers and cheese are your choice. The people working at Tony's are hustling to make the best Italian Beef in Chicago! Tony's has a counter you can sit at, a free parking lot, or like many, you can take out.

Easily the best beef in Chicago. Tony's has been serving their signature Italian Beefs since 1975, the year I was born. I moved out of the area 8 years ago, but whenever I come back for a visit I am sure to stop by Tony's.

For those who don't eat Beef!. For those who don't eat beef! Check out the good value on the chickalini. Whats a Chickalini you might ask? It's a Breaded chicken breast sandwich deep fried to golden perfection, smothered with red sauce and of course your choice of cheeses. Don't forget the peppers, sweet or hot, they will hit the spot. One sandwich will easily handle the most hungry of hunger pains, it will normally serve two people!

Simply the best. From Breaded Steak to Italian Beef you will not find it more delicious than Tony's. This hole-in-the-wall has put out the best food in Chicago. They not only offer delicious food, but it also comes in huge portions at a reasonable price. If you are ever in the Westlawn Park/ Marquette Park area, give Tony's a try.
