Excellent customer service!. I have not yet visited this location, but plan to this month when I am visiting. However, I called in to order a bag that was sold out online and had a terrific experience! They shipped me the bag immediately and I got it so quickly! The girl that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful and very understanding of my somewhat pickiness about the condition of the bag she was shipping me! And after I received the bag I got a promotional code and called back. They gladly adjusted my purchase to include that code. I recommend this location to everyone!

Urban, contemporary style is in the bag at this designer's Gold Coast boutique.. The Scene
High ceilings, white walls and a large, front window illuminate the merchandise displayed in this open space, giving the shop a gallery-within-a-loft feeling. The newest lines are on the first floor, with the second floor for sale items, nylon bags, travel bags, baby bags, and Jack Spade goods.

The Goods
In addition to the bags Kate Spade is known for, the store carries jewelry by other designers, such as Kenneth J. Lane; sunglasses ($148-$180); the Kate Spade fragrance, bath and beauty line; shoes; letter-pressed paper, note cards, calling cards and envelops; and a few other assorted items that fit into the Kate Spade style and philosophy. Nylon bags are priced between $130 and $295, leather and fashion bags between $245 and $525, and Jack Spade bags between $85 and $550. Kate Spade shoes run between $59 for a pair of sneakers up to $295.
