Worst Service Ever!!!!. Tonight we ordered a 10 piece special with one side and an extra side. We asked for cajun rice and red beans and rice as the additional side. We received a mashed potato and red beans and rice. The manager/owner, Irsan Ali says, bring back the mashed potatos tonight or tomorrow and he will exchange it. First of all, as I explained to him, we live on the east side of chicago, to come back tonight would not make sense, second of all, its only $4. If you are the owner, make an executive decision and say something like, "we will give you a free side next order" or even better, I will give you a 10% discount. Anything but bring me back the side that comes with your meal. How completely unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude is that? In addition, he hung up on me because I told him that asking for the mashed potatos made no sense and that if he owned the store he could make a $4 decision. Horrible service, horrible staff and will never patronize again.

Cajun-inspired chicken and biscuits chain proffers classic Southern favorites, seafood, sides and desserts with a tangy twist.. In Short
This Cajun-style fast food restaurant first opened in New Orleans in 1972 and has since achieved domestic and international fame for its flavorful mild and spicy chicken. In addition to the storied buttermilk biscuits, seafood menu items range from fried popcorn shrimp and shrimp snack "Craver Paks" to chicken sausage jambalaya, catfish baskets and shrimp etouffee. More festive Louisiana regional fare--think red beans and rice, and Mardi Gras cheesecake--rounds out the menu.
