Terrible customer service. I went in to mail a package this past weekend. What a disaster! I filled out their paperwork paid for my package and on the way out threw my address in the garbage, thinking everything was taken care of; boy was I wrong! About an hour later I get a call from this man calling me "dude" and with completely unprofessional attitude asks me what the address is that I needed the package shipped to. I explained it was in their garbage and he continues to tell me the same thing over and over. I realize this isn't rocket science, but I sure would expect more customer service. I had actually heard they were bad, but I thought how hard is it! I learned and will never return....Do yourself a favor the UPS store on Broadway or Southport are farther but worth the lack of aggrevation!
