Sadly, Studio 90 is closed.. Studio 90 was a fabulous store for women over 45 and have a 'real' body type. Sadly they closed their doors in 2007. I will miss shopping in this fun and funky store.

This Andersonville boutique sells clothing for normal-sized women.. The Scene
Blink and you may miss this shop nestled sleepily on the North side. Low-key and laid back, Studio 90 is rarely crowded, but it does a solid business in its Andersonville home. Track lights hang way down from the ceiling, and the comforting scent of fruity soaps and candles waft your way as you walk through the door.

The Goods
Studio 90 specializes in clothing for the average to large woman--in other words, women who can't squeeze into bulimic trendy clothes. Store owners Jill Hilgenberg and Angela Turley design all the clothing and believe that women's clothing should be comfy and roomy. Styles run sizes 4 to 18 and are funky, not frumpy--like flowing skirts, fuzzy sweaters and tweed jackets. Some clothing has a more dramatic flair like wool capes, long tunic vests and jaunty hats. You'll also find handmade jewelry; brooches, charm bracelets and earrings at reasonable prices.
