Down to Earth comfy cafe.. I am a cafe/diner coffee shop lover and this place is my new favorite! I wish it was open later (closes at 11pm) but, I love the atmosphere. Cozy, eclectic and friendly. The small ethnic boutique in the back has TONS of cool jewelry from around the world. Food is a little pricey but, that comes with Vegan territory, usually (don't worry, they also serve carnivorous dishes). The waiters are fast, friendly and check on you frequently. I also noticed that you don't have to wait for YOUR waiter to come back, if someone sees you make eye contact, they ask you if you need anything. Great place to bring your book or laptop and people watch. Try the flour-less chocolate cake!

Funky atmosphere, extremely rude manager. Don't care for this place AT ALL. The atmosphere is not pleasant, it's dingy and not at all attractive. The food is VERY mediocre, I couldn't even finish my soup even though I was hungry, and the spinach pies were 99% dough with just a tiny amount of filling. But the worst part was the manager. Our waiter misunderstood my order, and when I tried to straighten this out, the manager got upset and was VERY UNPLEASANT AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in her demeanor toward us. I read another review saying the manager was rude.... I wonder if it was the same woman... she's kinda young, dark hair, and kinda short, and SHOULD NOT be working in a job where she has to interact with people. I too, will NEVER go back.

Poor service; inexperienced staff. Wed been regulars until recent bad experience. Cashier accidentally shorted us when settling our check, but we had no way of proving it. Instead of figuring out the problem, the manager on duty chose to humiliate us in front of other customers. Never going back.

Relaxed Andersonville cafe draws crowds with exotic decor and a light, mostly meatless menu.. In Short
Up front, the floor is raised, the tables sit low, and silk pillows are strewn about. Wooden masks adorn one wall; opposite, clocks mark the hour in such foreign lands as Goa, Kyoto and Rotorua. The menu offers soups (miso and lentil), salads, a few sandwiches and fluffy breakfast eggs. A popular choice is the tuna melt with chopped carrots, celery, onion and a touch of mayo, topped with melted mozzarella on toasted, nutty bread.

Great place!. Kopi is a place of its own design and that's why I like it. Everything's good and although I'm not a vegetarian it's nice to have a place serving food of this type in the neighborhood. I have friends who are and this is great for them. They also have a very unique boutique in the back with wonderful jewelry, clothing, odds and ends from all over the world. With all the coffee place in the neighborhood they're still holding their own, not an easy feat for the independents.
