better than Johnnie's. To expensive for what you get.

Ok taste. Sausage was good.

fries where good.

One step above a generic beef.

(A generic beef is one that has the same basic ingredients that you will find at any pizza/beef shop that chooses to drop some beef in ajue. Giardiniera is store bought. And the bread is the same.)

if it wasn't for the sausage and the giardiniera the beef it self would have not had a lot of flavor.

Doesn't get the notoriety it deserves!. Romas... Man do I miss this place. I haven't lived in Chicago since I was a kid, but Romas is a fond memory. Every time I go back home, I have to visit-sometimes several times. It hasn't changed one bit. I've tried the "highly rated" Mr. Beef and Portillos. Romas is just as good, if not better. But they're not downtown, so it's a neighborhood secret, apparently.

Their beef is as flavorful as it gets! I get mine dripping with juice, and sweet or hot-depending on how I feel. Just go get one and see for yourself.

YUM!. Roma's has GREAT Beef, hotdogs, and fries (cheese fries also)!!! It's a must have in Chicago!!!!!!!

fantastic italian beef. As we enter Super Bowl week I miss Roma's more than ever. Living In Tucson has many pluses, but not being able to eat at Romas is a definite minus. Great beef and fries. Quick orders and a great window seat.

Best Beef!. Been going to Roma's for over 25 years now! The quality has always been excelent and the beef always paper thin, flavorful, and PERFECT!

Mmmm...Beef and cheese fries. This is my all-time favorite place for a great beef. My order never changes- Beef juicy with hot, an order of cheese fries, and a large green river.This used to be a favorite of Michael Jordan's, too, a few years ago ( 2 personal sightings).

Nothing fancy; just good food.

JUICIEST BEEF. BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS MOVED FARTHER AWAY BUT WILL STILL DRIVE THERE JUST FOR THE BEEF... NO ONE ELSES CAN EVEN COMPARE.... ADD SOME MOZZ CHEESE... HOTDOGS,CHICKEN SANDWHICH, GRAVYBREAD ITS ALL SOOOO GOOD
