Filthy.
Maybe when they clean the place up, even then they could use to increase the size of the product. I dined there just this past weekend, 5/07 and found the dining area and restroom filthy. Its one thing to be a "hole in the wall joint" its another to make a concerted effort! Frightening to think what it looks like on the other side of the counter!
In terms of the product, the hot dogs are small. Heck, make the trip 3/4 of mile north on Damen to Costco where you can enjoy a 1/4 Vienna beef hotdog and soda for $1.50.
As a long time Chicago native, I cherish the Mom and Pop hotdog stand but I don't cherish eating out of a garbage can.
