Good food-n'-value: at your own risk.
Yes, you could easily drive by this little hole-in-the-wall chineese restaurant. However, you would be missing out on what may be some of the most reasonable lunch specials that can be found in the city. Egg Foo Young, fried rice, eggroll drink (yn'ou'll either barely finish or take the rest home for dinner) under $2.50! Wow! Chinatown Inn's junkboat-like atmosphere works as an effective yuppie-repellent. You may be afraid to walk in, but I say this husband-wife team's food is worth a try!
