Rude staff; sub-par drinks. I have nothing against Starbucks. In fact, I enjoy their lattes and pastries just as much as the next coffee fan. However, time and time again I've been treated rudely by the staff at this location. And even worse, the bar drinks they prepare are almost awful. They taste nothing like they do at other Starbucks, which makes me believe that the staff here needs a bit of training on how much water really goes into a latte or espresso. If you find yourself craving coffee in Lakeview, you'd be better off going to the Einstein's down the street.
