The Scene – Evil Clown Compact Disc won't give you nightmares. Taking a page from the DJ-friendly record stores around town, it has a bank of portable CD players with headphones in the back of the store for trying out some of the more adventurous or obscure offerings in its easily searchable racks. It's not the rock-bottom cheapest place to find a used CD, but it's hard to imagine leaving empty-handed.

Great place to discover

The selection is limited. The prices are above average. And odds are if you looking for the new Eminem, this is not the place to start. So why go? Because it is like looking through the ideal record collection. I go with maybe one CD in mind and find myself walking out with three others I just came across. Evil Clown is straight out of the pages of 'High Fidelity.'
