What People Are Saying About Hi-Tops

In Short – Framed jerseys and sports memorabilia line the walls of this two-story bar; college-team banners and televisions hang from the rafters. Upstairs features a small bar, two pool tables, two large-projection screens and windows that offer a good view of Wrigley Field's southwest corner. Weekends, DJs spin dance music for throngs of the bar's regular jeans-clad, 20-something clientele. Beer--bottled and draft--is the drink of choice, and appetizers, sandwiches and pizzas are available.
The most fun i've had in wrigleyville

Seriously how old are the reviews on here? Has anyone been to Hi-Tops lately? They have a brand new bar with a brand new attitude! Cover is only for special events and not necessarily on all game days. When I was there they where giving out free shots, girls are dancing on the bars, and the bartenders never seemed to miss a beat! I work in the industry and those seem to be the most important things for a good time. Not to mention they have all these new specials everyday of the week! Expensive? I think not! I say for a great time in Wrigleyville go there!!!
- Pros: Always a good time

I like the music the dj was playing but outside of that this place sucked. I went here after the game and had to pay a 5 dollar cover. That was no big deal. But when I returned later I had to pay another 5 dollar cover.
The Details on Hi-Tops
When to Go:
The place is packed before, during and after Cubs games. Even when the Boys of Summer are away, sports still dominate weeknights--though weekends are more about getting your groove on.
