Sushi, great; service poor. The sushi is great, the prices are very reasonable. I have two issues with the restaurant. First, is the poor service that I have had by the same wait staff person. She is unfriendly, inconsistent and downright rude. Second is their policy on the all you can eat...it isnt stated in ads BUT you can only get the all you can eat if everyone at the table buys it. What's up with that? I do love the food but am looking for another sushi bar where I can order what I want and not be treated rudely.…
Good price, fresh. Best price for sushi in the city. Tastes wonderful, always fresh. I eat a lot of sushi when I eat sushi and what I can eat for $20 here I have had to pay close to $100 in all other places around town.…
Not very friendly.. Food is good, service is average, management... very disappointing. I was a fairly regular customer because the service is not bad and me and my wife like the food, until today. Its supposed to be a family friendly place but its not, my 8 month old started crying because he got hungry, my wife was preparing the formula and one lady showed up at the table telling me that I had to control my kid, or in other words shut him up, because they had more customers... unbelievable. Asked for my check, put my card in the check presenter and when she came back with it, instead of saying thanks, she told me in a very rude tone: "Here". I won't be coming back at all, and I would encourage not going to this place, its a shame that a good place like this gets shadowed for that kind of rudeness.…
Dont think Ill be trying it again. Ive heard people say they are big fans of Shiroi Hana, but I cant say that I am myself. The decor is less than stellar and their rolls always seem to be too warm and basic. With better, cheaper options in the area, I dont think I'll be giving them a 4th chance to impress me…
Very good. The quality of the food here is great and I went there twice. I was seated promptly, the server was this very over energetic Japanese man who always was smiling and friendly. Great guy. But the food was served sort of fast. I mean that the my group did not have enough time to finish the edamame and soups before the entree was served. Still, great food quality.…
