The owner of thebar. The man who owns this bar lives in Orland Park Il. He has a 9 year old emaciated dog chained in his backyard. He was also keeping a 10 week old puppy in a cage, covered in a tarp in his garage. When a humane investigator went to check on the well being of the puppy, he was soo scared that he screamed and peed all over himself. The sick man even made a joke about the Virginia Tech shootings! Talk about a real sicko! I hope you all do not patronize this establishment!
