I needed some work done on my riding lawn mower. I received a coupon in the mail from Superior for free pick up and delivery....perfect! I sent in an inquiry on their website, and the owner, Mike, responded saying his shop would call me the next morning. Great! 3 days later, no call. Red flag. I finally called myself, and the shop said they could pick it up Monday, and that it would be about a 10 day to 2 week turnaround. No Problem! Monday, not picked up. They finally picked up on Tuesday, 4/9/13. I called 2 weeks later, and they said that there were still 20-30 mowers ahead of mine, and they do them first come. I was not happy, and emailed the owner, Mike. He said that he would move it to the front of the pack. A week later, STILL not close to getting to mine. I emailed Mike again, received more excuses ("spring is our busiest time" etc.), but he said that they would discount my service. I called Saturday 5/4, and was told "I think its done, but I don't know where the paperwork is". Huh? I again emailed Mike, and he said that I must have misheard the shop, and that it was done. I called the shop on Monday, 5/6, and they said "its on the lift now....there is nothing wrong with the electrical, but it needs a new battery, cost is $60". I had them sharpen the blades, $20. Tuesday when it was delivered, cost was $246!!!!!! What could I do but pay?
Poor service, poor estimates, TOTAL bait and switch with the cost of the repairs, and they had it a month instead of 10 days to 2 weeks!
DON'T GO TO SUPERIOR. They don't know how to take care of their customers.
I can't believe these guys are still in business. I'd give them a negative rating if I could. They took my tractor to fix the oil light that was always on. Instead of keeping my tractor for two weeks, they kept it for the whole summer. I had to hire somebody else to cut my several acre lot which wasn't cheap. When I finally got my tractor back, they not only didn't fix the light, they charged me almost $1,000 for something they never fixed. Deal with them at your own risk. I had to learn the hard way.
You guys are great. Yes it took two. Thanks guys, you are the best. I love my new Toro Titan zero turn mower. As well as the great job you did on my leaf blower! keep up the great work!!
Warning- the good reviews seem fishy. This place was the worst business I have ever dealt with. They hack equipment. Run away from this business as fast as you can.

Hey Superior, just wanted to let you know that you exceeded my expectations in the repair of my tractor and blower.
My good friend/neighbor spoke very highly of you and I took her word for it after feeling like I was taken advantage of by another repair facility. Being a female I am always skeptical. Anyways, from the time I called and made the appointment which I believe was actually after hours, yet a gentlemen named Mike scheduled my pickup, to the estimate I received from a service receptionist to the time my unit was delivered by a very very nice young driver. I didn't think service like this still existed, but you guys are awesome. Thank you so much.
I will be getting back to your shop in the fall for a Toro snowblower, especially since you guys told me I would get free no charge pickup/delivery for lifetime with my purchase.

Fast professional service.. I had purchased a new Stihl chainsaw from Superior a few years ago and I recently brought it in to have the chain replaced, and I am glad I purchased it through them! They give priority service to anybody who has purchased equipment through them and I had my chainsaw in and out of the shop in no time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the turn around time can not be beat. Great shop for all your small engine needs, would recommend them to everybody I know!

Great Work!. I went to another repair shop and they absolutely hacked it and gave me the run around that is when I tried Superior and found myself very pleased. They gave me great communication and excellent service. Keep up the good work and you will be seeing me for future repairs.
Fair and Responsive. I found the Owner to be fair and responsive. Superior serviced my small boat engine within a week and communicated almost each day. After the initial engine review, they called me and told me what was wrong and provided an estimate for the engine repair. After I picked up the boat they followed up with an email asking if everything was fine.And to think I almost did not even use them because of some of the other "bad" reviews posted. I plan on usingSuperior again when and if needed.
