lousy customer service...did not get item pictured. Beware!

You do not always get the item pictured when ordering online!

When you call to talk to them, they tell you that this is the item you ordered.

When you ask for assistance and explain what you are looking for, they are very condescending, rude, and do not hold back with verbal abuse.

When you get what you are looking for, they are great.

Get the wrong item, and they treat you lousy.
