Come from Evanston, the North or South Side and this will feel like your neighborhood joint. Bomb diggity patio with really strange but excellent choices for food.

Awful service and poor food.. Okay, so the food can be good if you don't have to wait 45 minutes for it. I also feel that the Bloody Marys would be good too, if made properly. Overall, I found that the lousy service and the food was forgotten for too long, causing it to lack flavor and deliciousness.

Nice patio buy lousy food. Nice atmosphere (except for the fact that there's still smoking). Mediocre food. Stale bread, boring salad. All very uninspired.

Editorial Review. Stiff drinks and hearty pub grub make this Ravenswood bar and restaurant a regular haunt for locals.

Beer garden 365? How did they do that??. I first started going here before I was 21, and have loved it ever since. It's the one place I know where they serve GREAT food until 3am, and have great beer to match. If you don't like it, you are nuts!

Pretty good.... They have a good menu selection but it's a little hit or miss with the food. Some things are really good but watch out for the misses. I really like the chicken fingers, the bronzed shrimp appetizer (although small for sharing with many ppl), the salads are good, the brie IS good. I'd say it's overpriced but the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. I used to live around there before they remodeled and have many good memories of being there with my bf so there's a soft spot for me at this place.

You're here for the beer & the patio. This place definitely has that neighborhood restaurant feel to it. The bar is nice and roomy. The dining area is seperated from it so you don't have to deal with the bar crowd while you're eating. Then of course, there's the patio. It's like eating in a gigantic tent. It's huge and has homey decorative touches. It's a cool little place to have lunch.

The food is alright. Nothing to knock your socks off, but nothing to gross you out over. Maybe just a tad overpriced in that regard. Service...well, be it takeout or dining in, they are a little slow.

All that said, this is still a cool place to have a few beers, unwind and grab a bite to eat. All in the patio, of course.

Out and About. The restaurant is located on a quiet tree lined street. The Metra is directly across from the restaurant but you wouldn't know it. They have free parking and there is usually parking on the street if the lot is full. They have a dining room and an all-weather outdoor garden. I recommend the garden because as you enter you are greeted with the warm glow of white Christmas lights. There are plenty of heaters to keep it cozy in the colder months. The menu has a wide variety of foods to choose from. The Baked brie oozes out of it's crispy casing when you cut into it and the Pesto pizza is made with a thin crispy crust. The Blackened catfish is tasty and the Blackened chicken and pasta is delicious and a nice portion. I always have leftovers. They offer a good wine and beer selection.

Pretty Good. This joint is really classy looking. The dinners are ok. Ample, but ok. However, the brunch is a revelation. Excellent apple cinnamon pancakes, great waffles, nummy sausage. Really great.

GREAT TIME...GREAT ATMOSPHERE. I had a great time! BREE was fantastic and it was the first time I had eaten it! Beer was great (what beer isn't), and I was on a date there...wouldn't have ever known it was there unless he took me there. Fun times.....!!!!!
