Best Salon Around. I have to say I am surprised at what I have been reading here. I am a long time resident of EP and recently decided to go to this salon. Upon walking in I found the girl at the reception very friendly and helpful and had someone taking care of me within minutes. I went in for a quick haircut and found myself taking advantage of their spa services. I decided that the mani/pedi sounded great...it happened to be the "DAILY DEAL". For $39.95 it was well worth the money. While getting my service done the girl mentioned I should give the front desk my email so that I can receive the "DAILY DEAL" sent directly to my email when they were offered. Not three days later I got the email and took advantage of the "Facial" special that was $10.00 off!! It was wonderful. Needless to say, I will be going back there again and again. I have told several friends and now I am telling you. Make this a must on your list of local places to visit, you will not be disappointed.

Ignorant and Rude. I went in a week before my daughters wedding for a touch up. She colored my hair dark and said she thought it would look better! Then she said she would "trim" the ends and cut layers all over my hair! A week before the wedding! Needless to say they do what they want regardless of what you want. The owner's wife is very rude. The day of my daughters wedding we were almost late because they "were running behind"!

Avoid this place!

wow.... That place should hire new employees. I went there, at the time i was scheduled(9:00 am). I waited 45 mins, THEN, my stylist showed up, who happen to be Dana. She looked like death and reeked of cigarettes and booze. The haircut was decent, but she looked like she partied her butt off, on a Tuesday night, barely slept, then just came right to work.

She was unkempt and unprofessional.

ignorant. rude rude rude !!! violet didn't even introduce herself to me. ignored me and sat there eating and chatting it up with another hairdresser. i arrived on time and was left waiting for a half hour sand was basically ignored. with the rudeness and disrespect put aside, i was satisfied with my highlights. i just wish there customer service were better!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place gave me the worst haircut of my life. I brought in a picture and DANA cut my hair way too short. She was obviously in a hurry and did not take the time to cut my hair. I had to get my hair fixed 2 times. So in all, it cost me 80 dollars and 3 day to cut my hair. I had to go to two other places and each place said that my hair was horribly cut. They felt really sorry for me. So, in all. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, and DO NOT LET DANA cut your hair.

Excellent salon. It's impossible to get bad service here. I especially love the haircuts from Dana and Violetta. I highly recommend it

Great place for hair. I have never been disappointed with this salon - their stylists really do a great job with highlights and haircuts. Dana is awesome - I always get exactly what I ask for.
