As for the management, they are ridiculous. Bonnie the office manager has a tendency to be very rude and make things very difficult to resolve. And Carlos the accounting manager is terrible, he NEVER returns calls, is constantly blaming other people for simple tasks that he has failed to accomplish and does shoddy work.
