Awful Service!. As a person who's moved a lot in Chicago I was shocked to find that companies can get away with not showing up. My roommate set up everything with Samson Movers and they never came. We spent all day calling them and they kept telling us they were going to show up. They never did. After talking to several different people they said they would come the following day. We spent a few hours the next morning waiting and they never showed up. We ended up having to find another company that day, and even during the moving process, they never showed up. I would tell everyone I know to stay away from this moving company!!!

great movers. i used this company and i am recommending them to all of you. i used a dif. company a year ago and this is like day and night. they took care of my bilongings and the wstimate was ok too. A SUPERVISOR came to find out how things are going on.

Horrible company, lazy movers and rip off artists. Don't use this company. Their main forman is a looser and tries to rip off the customers. They failed to move us despite our written contract with them because they felt they would not get a sufficient tip. The main foreman decided not to move us and left us on the curb. We are in the process of suing this company and we have filed a complaint against them with the Illinois Commerce Commission.

DON'T WALK AWAY...RUN! Abusive staff, scam estimates.. When the three movers arrived from Samson, they were slow, dragging their feet, & complained about the amount of work. They arrived at 8:00am. By 8:20 they hadn't moved a single thing. When I asked how many items had been moved in that time, the foreman and one of his movers started yelling at me, physically intimidating me by waving their arms around, throwing their hands toward my face, and cussing me out in front of my 13 year old daughter.

I told them to leave my home. Again I was cussed at. No resolution after I spoke with the owner of the company who was barely more courteous than his workers. He said that their 4 hour estimate could go as long as needed. I explained that they would be needed for only 4 hours since that's all I could afford and anything else I would move myself in smaller trips. It's the only way I could do it. He constantly interrupted me, berating me, insulting my budget, threatening to charge a $200 cancellation fee because I told his workers to leave when they had been verbally abusive. In the end, no resolution.

2 hours into my day I had no movers, but found someone else through the BB Bureau.

Which brings me to my final point. This business is not B B Bureau listed. There has to be a very good reason for it.

horrible- avoid at all costs. This company is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.
