Great service, great food!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have to say I understand why Grazianos has been in business for 14 years-we dined there the other night and received fabulous service not to mention.....DELICIOUS PASTA and the "BOTTOMLESS BOWL" of salad with their special dressing was outstanding!!!! All the workers seem to be having a great time which enhances their ability to work so well with the public. I was very impressed and look forward to returning!!!!

I had read previous reviews and still wanted to come because by word of mouth I heard it was great and I am glad I came. In any place of business ,there are people who may be customerss and already set out to be miserable and in turn want to make others miserable and that's unfortunate for the waiter or waitress or cashier let's say at a grocery store who is on the receiving end of that. We all know that you could do back flips and present a winning lottery ticket to someone and they would still find something negative about it-that's just the world we live in...but I digress, Grazianos was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You must visit it!!!!

There Are Far Friendlier Places To Achieve A Relaxing Dining Experience!. This was not an inviting experience when entering the restaurant and when eating as well. The feeling I got was that management felt entitled to have taken business for granted and was not appreciative of me as a customer. The food was good but the atmosphere was unfriendly and left me unsatisfied as a patron especially when considering the amount of money I spent. I would not recommend this restaurant if one wants to achieve a complete dining experience...

Avoid Altogether (Or alone). This place is, quite frankly, disgusting. Was waited on by this absolutely horrific manager(??????) server named Joel who was the rudest, most awful server I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. This server made me feel like I was LUCKY to be waited on by his scowling self. He obviously hates his job and it shows. The vastly pregnant, frowning female manager is no better, as I saw her barking at people too. Got the food, came out wrong, impossible to flag down Joel. I thought he had either quit or died. He acted like I was being unreasonable for returning food that came out wrong. I am amazed that this place would keep on such surly, rude, ignorant help. I will not be back, and I hope that if you encounter this awful server if you are brave enough to go there, request another one, because he will ruin your dining experience, guarenteed.

The Staff is NOT Knowledgeable. I have to agree with "Fine for a Meal." The food really is pretty good, but it's difficult to select an entree when the wait staff doesn't know what the entree is. Recently Graziano's began delivery service which I think is a huge mistake for them. If the staff doesn't know what an entree is then how can they be expected to find your home to deliver the food?

Case in point, I called to find out if they delivered to my location and after several "let me checks" and "where are you again exactly" I was told that I was in the delivery location. I gave them my order and a little over an hour later, I still did not have my order. I called and was told "Sorry, you are not in our delivery area." Nobody from Graziano's even attempted to call me to let me know.

FABULOUS. This fast paced restaurant has EXCELLENT food and excellent wait staff. There is not one thing that you could order on the menu that you will not like, everything is great. My two favorites are the Margarita Pizza and the Bow Tie's in Vodka sauce. The salad has a wonderful house dressing that begs you to have bowl after bowl. This is a great restaurant to bring the family, or is great for a night out with your spouse.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Great!!!. I have been here many times and Graziano's is my favorite place in the world for pizza! I would strongly recommend the:

Pizza (obviously, because that is what they're famous for)

Penne Arrabiata-Order it x-spicy with chicken!

Their house bread is really good too!

Don't forget their house salad with italian and creamy garlic dressings!

Graziano's Noisy but Nice. My friend and I have been to Graziano's so many times over the last 6 years that I cannot begin to count them. Each time, the food has been the best available anywhere. The service is never less than a 7 out of 10, including during the busy time - lunch. Graziano's is attractively decorated but the hard surfaces make the noise bounce all over the place, making it difficult for people with background noise issues. The prices of the meals are a good value. The portions are large, enough for sharing or leftovers. Go there hungry!

THE BEST SALAD DRESSING. THey have the MOST amazing salad dressing in all of chicago...thier house salad dressing is absolutely addictive..ive introduced it to my girlfriends and boyfriend who is NOT a salad eater and has been hooked ever since. You must TRY that and thier pizza is also wonderful...its baked in a brick oven which gives it an authentic taste...The rest of thier menu is great and have a plethra of drinx to go with your dinner at the bar...i would definately say go for unlimited salad options and an oven brick baked pizza..YUM!
