Will never order from there again. Myself and a few co-workers ordered food today, I wanted a slice of veggie pizza. I called to ask if they sell veggie slices, I was told yes. I then waited for others to place there order and then called back to place my order and when I received my slice of veggie pizza it actually was a slice of cheese pizza that was already done with spinach and onions and blk olives laid direclty on top of the cheese. It was the worst. I then called back and ask for a manager who was just nasty and said she told the person who called that they didnt make veggie slices and that she would sit veggiess on top of my pizza. I said that person you spoke with was me and no you did not say that. Now I dont know one person who would agree to having cold veggies place on top of a slice of cheese pizza. When I told her that is not what she told me. She said well I will be clear next time and said good bye very quickly. I'm so done with their customer service.

Delicious food. After having tasted the delicious lasagne from Feddy's at my friend house one dinner, I decided to check this place out the other day for a late lunch (I hear it gets pretty busy during peak lunch hours). I had the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was very yummy. Service was great too, with a friendly wait staff.

Things I didn't like: cash only and parking was hard to find. Fortunately, I was warned about the cash only aspect so I was prepared. Oh yeah, their web site makes my web browser crash.

Despite the negatives, the food I've tried from Freddy's has made such an impression on me that they still get a high ranking!

INCREDIBLE a Place where real Italians eat !. worth the ride, if you live in burbs especially batavia geneva stcharles aurora where the pizza is all the same and it's acceptable because most don't know any better.. Take the ride to freddies, you will freak out at this pizza old style and every cop and policemen from Chicago is their.

Yum!!. As a child I attended St. Frances of Rome grammar school and every day after school I and some friends would stop in for a treat!! Italian ices/gelato were the best and the stop was on the route home!!! It is still there and when I visit Cicero - I make it a must to stop in for a bite!!!! Thank You Freddies!!!

Best Italian Food In Chi Town. Simple, just walk in and look around and smell the goodness !!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Lasgna, Pizza Bread, Pasta, Breads, Salads, etc

My mom was from Italy and to this day only this spot can come close to what she could serve.

It took my mom two days to make a red sauce, this spot is close real close!!!!!!!!

There is no better spot for real italian Mac (pasta) meats, bread, in chicago,

If you do not get your holiday order in three weeks out you are out off luck

Best salads, pastas, gelato and customer service!!!. I heard about Freddy's from a restaurant review show, so I decided to travel and check it out for myself. The staff there are so friendly, especially Hilda, she knows be by face now and I've gone back with different family members & friends. She always makes sure to get my order right, recommends different dishes and she'll even inquire how my family/friends are doing. I cannot rave enough about their food, every pasta dish is delicious, their chicken dishes are great, the salads, and I always make sure I have at least a taste of their gelatos. The food is what keeps me coming back, but the service is phenomenal. Anne, who I believe is one of the owners (if not the owner) is hands on and makes sure that everyone is attended. Since I do not live close to this restaurant, I always make sure that I take a to go order, which Hilda keeps warm for me until I am ready to leave. The food reheats very nicely, and I have determined that has to be because the food that I am getting is cooked fresh. I will continue to visit this restaurant and bring different people to sample what is a treasure in Cicero. To Hilda/Anne and that rest of the staff at Freddy's, this is George and thank you very much!!!!

Love It!!!!!!!!!!!. When I think of Freddy's Pizzeria, I think of my childhood and how I grew up in the neighborhood. The first time I went to Freddy's was with my older brother and I immediately liked it. The pizza was delicious. So was the pasta. It really is just a good old fashioned pizzeria. It is a place that I can always count on for good food. I look forward to many more memories there.

User review by phearity. Freddys has the best meatball sandwich in the entire universe. It is a monster, with delicious meatballs and gravey to die for. Best of all, it is very reasonable.

AUTHENTIC & DELICIOUS!. Despite the chaos of a jam packed Saturday afternoon, the unfriendly server who obviously would have rather been doing ANYTHING other then customer service the food is well worth the hassel and unfriendly service. I questioned the safety of the all the food (esp. the seafood)that was obviously sitting and waiting to be served at room temp.

It reminded me of my siclian grandmothers (she also doesnt believe refridgeration is necessary) In short DELICIOUS, but you are taking your chances, ...and she wasn't always in a good mood either

Absolutely delicious. Love their pizza, love their Italian beef. I look forward to passing through Cicero and stopping in. Receive the same great service each time for the past 22 years that I have eaten their food!
