In Short – Established in 1952, the Plaza, as it is known today, features 120 local, regional and national retailers plus a food court. Visiting families can take a break from shopping and check out the Bronzeville Children's Museum, located on the mall's lower level. Seasonal events include visits from Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny as well as annual sidewalk sales.

Yes, Evergreen Plaza is a Plaza, not to be confused with a mall. They are limited in their number and selection of stores, but maintain crowds due to the quality of the stores and merchandise. Inside, I love Wilson's Leather, Perfumania, Carson's, and the unique shoe stores exclusive to Evergreen Plaza. Outside, I like the Applebee's restaurant, Potbelly's, and the huge Wal-Mart across the street.
