Great Storage around Mchenry County. We have only used this storage unit almost a week and love every nit of it. Place is so clean and easy to access around.. The facility is very secure with 24/7 monitoring. The staff was awesome. very friendly. feel very safe to have my house hold items stored there.

Best Storage Facility in the area. Love Joyce the store manager. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. The property is well maintained (very clean and secure). I would recommend them ! 2 thumbs up! :)

Great Experience. I never had a storage unit before and I was pleasantlly surprised. This place is SPOTLESSLY clean and I feel safe coming in and out. It's easy access and they have really taken care of me well.

Not Your Typical Storage. This is the first time I've had to use storage and it's nothing at all like I expected.

SPOTLESSLY clean. Every employee I've met (so far) has been ridiculously pleasant and helpful. Easy access at all hours. An employee is on the premises during business hours, plus.

During a very stressful time and move I can say that storing my household items at Life Storage of Algonquin was, by far, the least stressful part.

Except for the cost, it's not cheap. Ha! But I'm a cheapskate, so there's that.

Great place, nice people.. I was looking for a storage unit and showed up at Life storage 10 minutes before they where to close. Joyce stayed almost 30 mins after closing showing me the storage units, answering my questions and fill out paper work. they where so friendly and didn't seem upset at all about staying late. the indoor units are clean, dry, and NO pests which puts my mind at ease that clothes and furniture will be in the same condition anytime i come to get my things. would defiantly recommend anyone using Life Storage here in Algonquin.

Great Store Manager!. It was a pleasure doing business with Joyce, the store manager who was was very helpful and professional. The facility is secure, well lit, super clean, and climate controlled. It's great to be able to pull my truck into a heated/air conditioned garage to load/unload, I would definitely recommend them for your storage needs!

two thumbs up for life storage. it was our first time renting a unit and we were alittle worried but when we got to life storage the ladies were amazing. we got a full tour of the AC/heated building everything was fully explained to us and was easy to understand, we told them we were worried since some other places had reviews of thefts and the entire time life storage has been at that location not once have they been stolen from. all the units are clean, very well lit and we felt completely safe moving our stuff.

Would definitely rent from them again!. This is the second time in the past three years that we have had to rent a storage unit, and both times we chose to rent from Life Storage in Algonquin. It's a pleasure doing business with Joyce, the store manager. It's reassuring to be helped by the same person for three years. The facility is secure, well lit, super clean, and climate controlled. I love that I can pull my truck into a heated/air conditioned garage to unload. (We had to move in the middle of a snow storm!)I would definitely rent from them again!

Clean and Friendly. This is a newer facility and is in a very safe location. Jenny and Joyce are great people to deal with and run a very clean facility. You will have to go see it to believe it.
