Awful system, don't go there

What they tell you in the beginning about the amount of money you have to pay is not the same as after a few lessons. They constantly try to overcharge you! First they promise you a lot, then they try to raise the price as much as they can.

HORRIBLE DANCE LESSONS THAT ARE OVERPRICED

If you want to WASTE MONEY and feel uncomfortable, take ballroom dancing lessons at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Downtown Chicago. To put it simply, the owners do a very good job of making clients (dance students) feel horribly uncomfortable, by constantly asking about their financial status!! The owners are always eager to get more money out of their clients, YET tell their instructors to cut the dance lessons short little by little, so students are SUCKED INTO possibly purchasing more lessons. As I took lessons, I noticed how eager my instructor was to cut the lessons short and then ask: "So, when are you signing up for more? Can YOU afford it? What do you do for a living? Are you getting a raise soon?"

In short, I was terribly disappointed with the lack of class at a ballroom dancing studio complemented by inadequate instruction. I DO NOT recommend this studio!!
