Owner/designer SirenBetty. I discovered CBD years ago through a good friend working with the owner of CBD, Jeremiah, on a project. My friend told only good stories about ontime deadlines, the honesty and savings. Went to the opening and was blown away by original, unique design, and over all kindness of the owner and staff of CBD. Five years later I'm still doing business with CBD and will continue to!

Good value and service. Has more experience than any other architect in chicago with regards to bar and nightclub codes. If you have any questions call for Jeremiah at the office number.

Great Service, Great Work. I've worked with Chicago Building Design for years on a number of restaurants and bars throughout the Chicagoland area. Their designs are unique and they do a wonderful job of creating the environment that their clients are looking for. They design to the budget not above it which is VERY important when it comes to building the job because a good design is worthless if it can't be built. They are extremely hands on and work as a team with the owner and contractor from the inception through the completion of the project. I truly cannot say enough good things about them!

Stay away from this Company!. We used CBD on a bar job. He was impossible to meet with. The job ran way over on time and budget. Very unprofessional. I highly recommend staying away from this company. Not worth the savings.
