michelle does a great job!. have seen michelle a few times now wanted to write a review she's really a great stylist! everytime i see her we change up my color and she keeps me wanting to see what she has in store. she gives me super shiny color and a great cut thats great for me i love her and wanted to give her a great review!

finally found a stylist who can deal with my fine hair. last week i was in another salon and got a disaster of a color done! i asked for a cool blonde for my highlight and ended up with completely orange yellow brass yuck! soooo annoying! came into luxe as a referal from a friend and saw michelle. Rite away she was describing what she needed to do in order to fix my hair and it was exactly what i wanted it to be orginally at the disaster salon! she really paid attention to details and honestly new what i wanted and what was gonna look good before i even said anything. she really made feel like i was in a professionals hands! Great conversation too! ie- she's a relocate from beverly hills and had amazing stories of hair and hollywood!she also did makeup out there and apparently at this salon as well. all in all she was amazing! my hair is the cool blonde i wanted and she gave me a cut that actually made my hair look and feel thick for me. i love it! already booked my next appointment!

Feels Years Younger!. I see Laini at Luxe for facials, waxes and micro dermabraison. Everything she has ever done has been nothing but outstanding! I visit Laini regularly and enjoy every visit. Her facials leave me feeling revived and refreshed. My skin looks wonderful and I feel great. Waxes have always been perfect with no problems to my skin following, which I have had at other salons. I tell everyone I know in the city to visit Laini!

best spa services ever. I usually go to Luxe Salon for my eyebrow and bikini waxing and always go to Laini beacuse she does the best and consistent job. She is professional and I am always pleased with the results. The reason I'm writing this review is that I tried out a micro dermabrasion during the Pretty in Pink month and my face looked fantastic when Laini was finished. I swaer she took off 5 years and my skin hasn't felt this great since I was in my 20's. I wil keep going to Laini no matter where she goes. She is truly one of the city's best kept secrets.

Turn around and run!. I decided to give Luxe a try since they're in my neighborhood and were participating in the Pretty in Pink $31 services for Breast Cancer support. First of all, their hours are crazy and change every day, so I had trouble even getting an appointment made. I went in for an eyebrow and bikini wax on a Saturday morning. The woman who did the waxing was Lainie or Lonnie or something like that. I can't remember and I threw away the card after my awful experience.

First of all, you have to wind your way through ugly, industrial hallways to even get to the spa section of the place. I was scared I wouldn't be able to find my way out. The room she put me in was extremely warm, and when I mentioned it, she just ignored me and told me it was just because the massage table was heated.

She started with my eyebrows and told me that she likes to work quickly. I was definitely okay with that because who wants a wax to last long? Anyway, even though I told her I liked the natural looking, fuller brow, she waxed below AND above the brow line and totally thinned my brows into lines. I was angry since my brother's wedding was that weekend, but figured I could pencil them in.

The bikini was was very painful, of course, but seemed mostly okay. That is until two days later when I realized the hair hadn't been pulled out, but ripped off at the surface so that it was already growing back in weird patches. Gross, I know. I called to complain and left a message about my problem. (Again, weird hours, so I could hardly ever get anyone.) They didn't even bother calling me back! I tried one other time and still was ignored.

Their regular prices are ridiculous for how cheap the experience and quality is, so I will NEVER be going here again. Luckily I only paid the reduced price for the bikini wax because of the Pretty in Pink promotion.

Plus, if the way they treat their dissatisfied customers is an indication of the business, you should definitely turn and run!"

My favorite salon, my favorite stylist.. I am the type of person who has NEVER stuck with a stylist before, because I'm usually unhappy, or the prices are too astronomical. I started going to Luxe Salon 2 years ago, and have been loyal to them since. The entire staff is very friendly. I was recommended to see Laura, and I have never been happier. I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. She makes you feel comfortable enough to tell her what you want, and she always gives me an awesome hair cut. She consults me on will work best with my face shape, hair type, and skin type. She is EXCELLENT with color, and has a supurb styling ability. I have gone as far as recomment Laura to my friends and family because she has the ability to transform people's style and update their look. That is why I gave this salon an excellent rating.

Your Best Hair Ever. I actually followed Ella to Luxe, when she opened it up, from her previous place of work. She is the best! She just doesn't do great hair and highlights, but she pays attention to the texture of your hair and facial features and shape. Highly recommended!

BTW - they just opened a spa as well next door and I can't wait to try it out!

Cute salon, friendly staff!. This cute establishment is right in the middle of Roscoe Village on "Salon Row". I had a total of 2 appointments at this salon and utilized their esthetician, and received highlights and a haircut. Their esthetician is very gentle with her waxing techniques, and does a great job on brows and bikini. Both appointments with hairstylist Jennifer produced nice results, but she ran late each time it came for my services and had to rush in order to catch up. Great selection of quality products to choose from, with no sales pressure to buy. Staff is friendly and seemed eager to please. The only drawback to this salon is the overall messy appearance, and the presence of the owners dog for the entirety of both my visits. This is a warm, friendly atmosphere, with very competitive prices for Chicago.

The best salon in Rascoe Village. I found Luxe a Salon on city search, I have never had better highlights before!

Luxe provide excellent service from the receptionist to the stylists .
