Don't bother. First of all, this place is in a really shady area. The overall facility isn't really that nice for how much you pay. The staff is incredibly nice is my only positive. The worst part about this place though is that the treatments ARE NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. I got 6 treatments through Groupon. I'm not that hairy to begin with and the results are barely noticeable. I shaved yesterday and the hair is growing back today. Also no towels on the icepacks is slightly unsanitary and gross...

be prepared for scarring if you go here. I had the same experience as one other reviewer on here that left me with facial scarring. I had a conversation with Doris the owner who suggested I come right back and get some repairing cream after having blistering to my face following my first facial laser hair removal treatment. She assured me this blistering was "normal" and there was no way it would leave a scar. I am a nurse and suggested that this was definitely a significant second degree burn, and very likely would. I was right. I have a scar the size of a dime on my face, and I will NOT be returning for any further treatments. In addition, they are so overbooked there that they seemed to have lost my entire file. My technician MeeMee, who is very nice, started trying to work on the nape of my neck and I had to inform her I was here for the face.

A pleasant experience. I went to Jeta to get laser hair removal after researching extensively and learning that they had the kind of laser that gives permanent results for those of color. I had 3 or 4 treatments before no longer being able to afford it. Every experience was pleasant and professional. The owner did my treatments and he was courteous and kind. The results were great! I was so dissappointed when I could no longer get them, however, I am back in biz and will be going back soon! I will say that after one particular treatment I had some scarring and I was quite nervous about it being permanent. However, it went away and did not leave a mark.

DO NOT GO TO JETA THEY BURNED MY FACE AND IT SCARED!!. I went in for my second laser treatment and one of the staff members burned my face. I called back numerous times and said there was skin missing and literally a hole in an area that had been severely burned. They told me THIS WAS NORMAL! They said I just had a blister. I have been dealing with them for weeks now and Doris ( Spa Owner ) Informed me that if the burn didn't scat it was just a blister. WELL IT DID and now they are doing nothing about it. I had a horrific burn on my face for new years that was about 2 inches long and it was extremely embarrassing and has left scars. I WOIULD NEVER GO BACK AND SUGGEST EVERYONE THINK TWICE BEFORE THEY HAVE PROCEDURES DONE HERE!

Jeta is the best!!. My experience at Jeta has been wonderful. I am getting laser hair removal treatments and the results are better than I expected. The staff at Jeta are very generous,clean,honest and patient. I would recommend Jeta to everyone and I have.

Greatest Spa in Chicago!. I had laser hair removal at Jeta Skincare on my beard and sideburns. Didn't hurt much at all. Overall, my experience at this spa was exceptional. Friendly personable staff. I definitely will be back!

Best med spa ever!!!. I had a facial done at Jeta Skin Care for the first time and it felt great. My skin looked so youthful and glowing and I got so many compliments. The friendly staff was wonderful. I know I will be back.

What A Great Experience!!!. As a City dweller, I just assumed that the best Salons & Spa's would be within walking distance of my home in the Gold Coast; I was wrong..way wrong. A girlfriend of mine invited me out for a spa day and since Jeta is where she goes, that's where we went. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed. The staff are very friendly and professional. They explain what your different options are and you decide what you're most comfortable with. The services themselves were flawless and the prices were really reasonable; especially considering what I had been paying in the Gold Coast. I definately reccomend checking this place out!

Best Chicago Laser Hair Removal!. The location is super-professional... but the staff is very friendly... & the atmosphere is really comfortable... which is what you want when you are nude on a table having your body hair removed by a laser. : ) If you are getting laser hair removal... like I am... you have to see Ivonne! She's the best! I'm so happy w/ my results. I'd been a client at Allure MedSpa up on Diversey/Racine/Lincoln... & the laser at Jeta is much more effective!
