Excellent Customer Service. In November, 2011, I had new carpet and wood floors installed. I had a difficult time making the decision as to how far to extend the wood, what products to use, etc. Part of the difficulty was due to a recent lung infection caused by some cleaning fluid used during my remodeling. Because I was extremely concerned about fumes, etc., Home Carpet One was extremely patient and helpful in making my decisions. They called me several times during the process just to check in. I ended up with beautiful carpeting and wood flooring. All installers did a great job and were very nice. I strongly recommend Home Carpet One for not only their extensive and excellent products, but for their installers and their customer service.

Excellent and Prompt service. As a business owner it is sometimes hard to find other companies that share my expectation for a high level of customer service. Home Carpet One lives up to my expectations. Most recently I had a customer that unfortunatly we stained their carpeting. I called Home Carpet One and not only were they very reasonably priced but they got out there quickly and had the reapir done fast. I will continue to use them in every aspect of my business.

2/24/11 I just had Home Carpet One install new carpet in my office at work and I could not be happier. The time from my call with interest to the completed project was amazing and it was priced right too. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone. I will also use them again without a doubt.

Amazing Service. The assistance and patience I received while shopping at the store was matched by the flexibility on installation dates and quality of installation service. The installers were courteous, respectful, professional and conscientious, even vaccuuming not only my condo but the public hallway upon completion of their installation. Great experience all the way around and would recommend this company to all.

Beautiful Carpeting with Excellent Service. From the hours spent choosing the carpeting for almost every room in our new home in Deerfield, to scheduling the installation to the installation itself, the service at this business is pure pleasure. We had one-on-one attention from someone who "got" our taste and knew exactly what to show us at the showroom. Ben, who scheduled installation, returned calls immediately and was extremely flexible in scheduling. The installers did a beautiful job and even made great suggestions both aesthetically and in terms of when to carpet each room since we were under construction. We really could not have asked for a better shopping experience.

Excellent Prices and Service. I recently completed carpeting my house and remodeling my master bathroom. Home Carpet One supplied the carpet and tile for both projects. The service level was outstanding and I was very pleased that Home Carpet One allowed me to return excess tile for a full refund. Other retailers would not have gone out of their way to achieve such high levels of customer service.

A solid experience. Home Carpet One provided common area carpeting for our 12 unit condominium building. HC1 was always on time, provided several options each with a detailed quote, was respectful of the decision making process and offered the best price all in a transparent manner. I wish every one of our service providers were this easy and reliable to deal with and provided such good value. Its also great when dealing directly with the President of the company.

Top Notch. I can't say enough about working with Mark Gusti and the team at Home Carper One. I was ordering new slate flooring long distance from Baghdad, and the HC1 crew could not have been anymore accomodating. Oscar and hisd crew did one beautiful job of installing the floor and cleaned up the place like it belonged to them. I would gladly recommend their services and products any time.
