Drooling crowds wait as long as necessary for Helen's giant turkey legs, cooked slowly in huge rotisserie ovens, then plucked out, dipped in tangy sauce and placed on paper containers. Hold it from the bottom, and forget about staying clean. Sweet, juicy, thick slices of watermelon are a refreshing finish.
