Horrible Customer Service. Horrible Management.. Horrible experience in July. Power went out. We ended up being displaced and had to find our own hotel because they had no power, toilets, showers, phone, computer, etc. They didn't assist customers in this process (everyone had to leave). They wouldn't use their shuttle to help people get other places---we had to do this on our own not knowing the area. We didn't get receipt until 1 week later. They were supposed to credit our CC and over 1 month later they have not. The management doesn't return your calls and you get lip service. They had no emergency back up plan. They had no generator. The management bailed ship around 1pm that day (power went out at 2am) and it was horrible.

It's just three miles from O'Hare Airport and offers direct access to major highways: the Northwest Tollway (I-90) and the Tri-state Tollway (I-294). It's also within walking distance of the CTA Blue Line, which takes travelers directly into the Loop.

The Details
Of the 663 rooms (18 are suites), those in the tower tend to be a little smaller than ones in the motel-like low-rise sections that surround the swimming pool courtyards. But the amenity-rich concierge level rooms and lounge are both in the tower. The lobby is modestly appointed. But you'll find three dining options, including Harvest Grill, Firehouse Tavern and Champions Sports Bar. To work off all that food, the well-equipped exercise room offers high-tech contraptions and free weights.

A clean, organized hotel. This hotel has a wonderful location right off the Kennedy Expressway to Chicago. It also is within walking distance of a CTA elevated/subway train station that zips you into Chicago for a lot less money than a bus or taxi. The hotel is always being remodeled and has very clean, modern and up-to-date rooms. The lobby is clean, modern and full of restaurants, bars, and function rooms. The staff is wonderfully considerate and helpful. It has free on-site parking.
