best shop around. I went to several different shops n got told a bunch of bs then I went to bartlett tire n they told me all I needed was a tune up it took them no time to do it and they were very respectful and honest. I recamend taking ypur car there if you want good and honest service. Best shop around.

MOST HONEST AND EXPERIENCED SHOP AROUND !. Very honest shop who dont try to make money off you by telling you that you need repairs done that are not needed. Keith was so helpful , honest and saved us A LOT of money in repairs. I was at two other shops who tried to tell me that I needed all this work and when I brought my truck to Bartlett they saved me $ 700.00 by being honest. I would recommend this shop to everyone if experience and honesty is what your looking for!!!Thanks again Bartlett Tire !!!

very honest and down to earth. They saved me money.I took my car to two other shops who told me i needed major work costing me money i did not have, they looked at it and found it was not major at all but very minor.I would take my car there again.

Great place to service your vehicle.. I recently stop`ed at bartlett tire and was greeted with friendly service not only are they friendly they treat you like your at home,this is a great place to have your vehicle serviced.

helped me out. While going to a job interview last wendesday Igot a flat tire. I let them know my I was on my way for a job interview they kindly had one of the auto techs stop what they where doing and fix my tire I never been in there shop before but because of the kindness they showed me I will make apoint to go out of my way to use all there services

Terrible!!. Worst place to bring your car!! Keith is very dishonest about whats wrong with your tires. Always uses the term "cupping" to sell you new ones. Terrible at engine repairs and so expensive the dealerships dont overcharge as much as he does. You should look elsewhere for you repair or tire needs!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. TALKED TO MANAGER WHEN I WENT THERE AND SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE SO I BOUGHT A PAIR OF TIRES.ONE OF MINE DEVELOPED A BUBBLE IN ONE.

SO I HAD THEM RETURN THE OTHER TIRE WHICH WAS STILL IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE.

WELL I GOT A NAIL IN THE SIDE OF TIRE AFTER ABOUT A YEAR AND TOOK IT BACK TO THEM AND WAS TOLD SORRY YOU DIDN'T BUY EXTRA INSURANCE AND I AM OUT OF LUCK AND VERY RUDE ABOUT IT.

SO I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH TIRE THAT WAS FROM FIRST REPLACEMENT THAT WAS IN GOOD SHAPE.WELL THEY JUST HAPPENED TO KEEP THAT TIRE AND HAD WRAPPED UP MY OLD TIRE WITH THE BUBBLE AND KEPT MY GOOD ONE.

WHEN I WENT BACK AND ASKED ABOUT IT THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND OFFERED NO APOLOGY NO DISCOUNT ON A NEW TIRE JUST GOT ONE SORRY POOR OF A EXCUSE ATTITUDE.

WELL IT'S UP TO YOU IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A PLACE THAT IS FULL OF RUDE, UNRELIABLE, UNCOMPREHENDING, DON'T REALLY CARE AND RUDE PEOPLE.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, HONEST SHOP. Great guys, I have been taking my cars here for years. Honest & very fair prices. I recommend this shop to everyone!

Stay Away - Bartlett, IL Goodyear Tire Center. Horrible experience at this place. Stay away.

When I arrived to ask for a tire change (I had my own winter tires) I felt like I was bothering the guy that worked the front desk (probably about a 45 year old guy with an earing). I saw the same rude nature displayed with another customer who came in while I was waiting. Funny thing is with this other customer was that there was an hour and a half left before closing and this moron told the guy he couldn't help him - Huh?

I asked the guy to make sure that the guys doing the tire change are careful with the unmounting and mounting of my wheels. He said "yea ok" and walked away pretty quickly. I should have asked for my keys back at this point and just left, my bad.

About twenty minutes into the tire swap, I hear a metal on metal banging so I immediately get up and look out the window into the shop. What I see almost made my eyes pop out of my head. I see one of the guys working on my car hitting the inside lip of the rim trying to get the wheel off. I was astonished and watched him for another minute trying to figure out if what I was seeing was really happening. He went to the other wheel and did the same thing.

I then opened the door and asked him to stop. He looked at me pretty rudely and tured away. The front office guy also turned his head from me as well. By now I'm starting to get upset. First I'm treated like they didn't want me there and now there pounding on my aluminum wheels with a steel malet / hammer.

As I'm paying I explained to the front desk guy that maybe you should have a talk with you guys about what there doing. He said that this is common and turned away from me. I then asked him whty this happened when I specifically asked to be careful with the wheels prior to giving him the keys. Why didn't he say something to the guy when he saw this instead of turning away. He rudely walked back out into the shop area. No sorry, no apology. Just as rude as when I entered.
