Lamia and her staff our wonderful. I came for help after getting very poor quality hair extensions. The glue on the extensions was so bad, Lamia had 3 other staff members helping remove them. Otherwise my hair would have been ruined. Lamia then gave me a great color and she put in new professional quality hair extensions. It's been about 8 weeks and these are the best extensions I have ever had. I also got the best hair cut from Lamia. I am a big fan.

Edda will make you look great. Edda is very thoughtful with her styling. She considered my lifestyle along with what style and highlights would look good on me. She's great to work with and listens well to my requests. I highly recommend her.

Edda's fantastic!. If you're looking for a great stylist, Edda fits the bill! She has been styling my hair for the past few years and consistently does a great job. She has great ideas and has convinced me to try new styles that I may not have thought about before. She also works hard to make sure the experience of being at the salon is one to remember. I feel so relaxed from the moment I step into the salon and then for a good amount of time afterward.

Edda Coscioni is a master. Edda is the most bangin' stylist at Lamia. She has done my hair for years and always does the best stuff. she has a way of finding the most flattering cut - and making it happen. My recommendation is to let her work her magic, and don't get in the way. The woman has vision. Peace. -Arline

Outstanding!. Edda is a fantastic stylist! I was looking for a big change with my hair and she did a perfect job. Other salons just have basic cuts and no personality to them and I've always been afraid to change my hair at one of those places, but I gave Edda a brief description of what I was looking for and she had great confidence while cutting my hair and offered ideas and different styles that would work perfect with it. She always consulted with me before changing anything. "Wow! That's the best haircut you have ever gotten!" is what my best friend told me when she saw it. I would highly recommend Edda to ANYONE. She has a very outgoing and friendly personality which makes her incredibly easy to talk to when you're looking for a new style. LOVE IT!

Salon Lamia lives up to the Evanston Standard. Edda-is the only stylist that I allow to touch my head.

She is the most amazing colourist-ARTIST I have ever had the pleasure of using for my hair needs!

I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a change or just to touch up there norm thang!

When i go and pay to get my hair professionally done-I ony go to her!!!

Stylists. ?You?re haircut looks great!? I hear that all the time now, after years of trying out different stylists who could give me the casual/formal cut that I have been looking for. The truth is, I don?t really know what makes a good haircut, but Edda who works at Salon Lamia certainly does. Edda makes me feel at ease when I sit in her chair. What I like about the ?Edda? experience is that she isn?t just cutting hair, she is helping reflect the best of me. When I walk away, I feel like a new me is stepping out of the chair. I know that a great haircut doesn?t necessarily get you everything you want in life, but I have learned that people notice me more, and that makes a big difference.

Edda Cuts are the Best!. I have curly, wavy hair and have struggled most of my life to find someone who can give me the right cut. Well, I have found her at Salon Lamia. Edda Coscioni is such a talented hair dresser - her cuts are sassy, fun, yet professional. The best thing is she can even cut my wavy hair - a real challenge. People at the office say my hair looks great - and I can do it straight or curly now. I love coming to such a classy salon that is not overpriced to get a great cut. And, Edda is a pleasure to talk with too. I highly recommend Salon Lamia and Edda.

FRIZZY NO MORE!!. Oh my God, if you could see the difference! I used to hate washing my hair. Why? 'Cause of my unruly, frizzy mop. Not anymore though, 'cause now that Lamia worked her magic. She gave me a Brizillian Straightener and all my problems are gone. No frizz, no unruly hair. It is beautiful, silky and shiney, and styling is just a snap now. No more battles in the bathroom. Yay!!

I love my hair!! Thanks to Lamia.. I have been doing relaxers forever, and though they make my hair straight, they don't give me many options for color. A friend recommeded Lamia to me, and she did a Brazilian straightener. I love it, my hair is so smooth. And the shine... well it is just beautiful. I am excited too, because we are talking about options for color now, instead of always going dark, I will (once I cut off all the old relaxed hair) be able to do highlights. Something I had gave up on a long time ago.
