Horrible!. I paid $105 to get a bleach touch-up and cut (super easy since I am also a licensed stylist) and it was blotchy, CHOPPPY, and ORANGE in the back.

The cut was awful. It looked like I had just been to the dog groomer. Choppy, un-blended, and not at all what I had asked for. The person that fixed it, made me wait at the counter for 20 minutes.... before she even knew who I was as she finished a FULL foil highlight! She just carried on like I was a nobody at the front desk before she even stopped what she was doing at the front desk to ask my name.

I tipped the stylist $20 (because I had not been able to fully asses the damage at home yet) and another $10 on the repair. I'm out $135 on the worst hair cut and color I've ever had to pay for in my life.

I now understand the premium attached to a good stylist. Even though I know I undercharge clients myself.... I do a much better job and treat my clients much better than I was treated today.

Great salon. I went here because I had just had it with my hair. I'd had the same/similar style for longer than it was good for anyone and I needed a change - the only problem was I didn't know what. I made an appointment, which was very convienant to get, and met with Amy. I gave her some very general ideas about what I had in mind and she worked her magic. I got a cut and color that fits me, easy to maintain, and best of all she was able to give me something that fit the order without too much instruction. I don't know anything about hair and she made me look great. Everyone loves the new do!

Best place ever!. I love this place. They have the nicest people and they know what their doing. Their prices are great compare to others around. Went with Amber to get my first ever big transformation and I just love it. Their young girls with up to date experience. Best Place Ever!

best salon in town. the atmosphere at jagged edge is very clean and comfortable. My favorite part is that the staff treats you like family. Their work is trendy and up to date.
