Nice place to live but poor property management and poor customer service from builder

A nice place to live, but Wolin-Levin manage the properties at University Village in South Loop. Property associations, being what they are, this is one of the worst, most poorly managed property management companies most of the ownership has ever experienced. They are ineffective, arrogant, argumentative, vindictive and unresponsive. They were chosen by the builder until management of the association is turned over to the property owners at some point in the future.
Bottom line: marginal property management coupled with lack of response to problems by the builder - those considering the purchase of property at University Village, beware!

- Cons: Poor property management, marginal customer service
