FactFinder: This place closed down 5/01/2007. DisappointedClient, stated bad bad bad service yet company closed down 2 years ago. The most recent mortgage company there was NRB Mortgage. It is a small business center. There is a law firm there, a real estate agency, a title company, a computer design and marketing agency, a construction company, a no up front fee loan modification company, a Business Coaching company and a few others. People confuse old owners with new companies there because of the address and phone numbers. Since it is a business center, the numbers never change only the tenants.…
BAD!! BAD!! BAD!!. Very unprofessional!!!! Loan officers, Processors, Receptionist all give false information!! Can't ever reach someone on the phone, they can not meet time lines, they lie lie lie to their clients!! I left voice mails and emails with owner regarding the above and did I get a response?? NO!!! Had to change lenders at the last minute!! If you want a loan DO NOT I repeat DO NOT try to obtain a loan through Protecta!!!…
Best rates, go on saturdays to the main office, they beat my bank rate and had lower fees. I saved $4,300.00 on my refinance. I was impressed by that amount of money I saved compared to a bank, my bank. the only thing you need is patience. Since they charge less than everyone else, its hard to get them on the phone on the first call, they are super busy. but, if you leave a message with the owners assistant, you get a call back lightning fast. try them, they dont charge application fees so you have nothing to lose.…
