Severely Damaged My Car - Refused To Fix Correctly. The owner drove my classic corvette into another car at the wash, damaging the front end.

After seeing that repairs would run $1,000, he decided to only repair if I went to a relatives' auto body shop - a shop w/ no experience restoring a corvettes or working w/ fiberglass - b/c the relative would charge him less.

If you have a classic or high end car, do not trust Norwood Hand Car wash - they will not properly repair damages.

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT DETAILING WORK, NEIGHBORHOOD ICON. This place is great if you want an excellent cleaning job done on your vehicle for a good price. Other places would charge $20 for the job Norwood does. The staff have a very organized cleaning "assembly line" system working for them. Besides that, I like the fact that my 11th wash is free, via a free prefered customer punchcard. If you are in a rush, do not come here since their is bound to be a line of loyal satisfied customers waiting there turn outside. They also take the appropriate time to get the job done right! Management always makes sure you are satisfied. If I ever have a "spot" issue, they take care of it immediatly! NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE!

bad service. NOT WORTH IT FOR THE MONEY PLEASE GO SOME WHERE ELSE WHERE THEY CAN DO A BETTER JOB
