Exsalonce is not so Excellent. I went to the Roscoe Village location. It is by far the WORST haircut I've ever seen. I would suggest that if you are considering this place, strongly RECONSIDER. Not only was I there on time and my person was running 20 minutes behind because he needed a smoke break. He barely spent 15 minutes cutting and blow drying my hair.
