The Best of Best. Woke up to a dead battery one morning at about 7 am, thanks to my kids for leaving the inside light on. Needed to be somewhere by 8 am, looked up many different towing services got horrible eta's came across CHICAGO PRIVATE TOWING and they flew here within 25 minutes. I was so very happy I even tipped the guy 20 bucks on top of the 50 dollar jump start.

Hidden fees and dishonest pricing. Tyrone(car #86) saved this review. He was great. Calm, safe, considerate driver on crazy highways in the suburbs at rush hour. If he goes into business for himself, I'll call him again.

My big gripe is the dishonest nature of their pricing. I was in Downers Grove for business, and saw on their well-arranged website that the cost for a ride from DG to Midway Airport would be $47. When the bill came though, it wasn't $47. It was $53. Plus a $3 fuel surcharge that was never once mentioned before I was handed the bill. Plus a $2 "airport tax" that was also never once mentioned before I was handed the bill.

That comes to $58, not $47. I would not have called them for $58, as my employer won't reimburse that large of a bill. They probably know this very well, and just lie on their website to make the sale. They won't be making another sale with me.

Professional Emergency Roadside assistance. During the great Blizzard of 2011. i called over twenty different towing companies . Eiather they were not working or they were to busy... my girlfriend gave me Chicago private towing companies phone number.. the dispatcher answered quick. he said give him a few minutes he would find us a truck. within ten minutes a driver called me said he was several blocks away. he continue to ask a few more questions. by the end of the phone call he was at my location. the driver connected a tow hook to my car and was able to get us unstuck. i took the advice of the towing company and headed straight to an enclosed parking garage for 10 dollar a day parking.. I'm glad i did. because the next day while everyone was digging out. my car was warm in a parking gargare, i was able to get to work...

This company has great drivers and gives out great advice...

Chicago's Roadside Assistance professionals. When our local driver had some engine trouble in the company van, i had no choice but to search online for a reasonable rate.. after a searching a few companies reciving quotes. Chicago private towing company by far had the best price quote of 65 dollars for a battery jumpstart. with an online discount code of 15 dollars my final bill was 50 dollars ,and the polite driver was able to explain to me how to submit the reciept to my insurance agent so i could get my money back... thanks for great service and i'm sure all of your other customers love the service

Professionals in automotive towing. My family insurance company trust the towing professionals at chicago private towing company..

when our mini van was stuck in the parking garage in the south loop noone would help us... the owner came out and helped us .. thank you for everything...

Thank you Chicago Private Towing. This guy was great....I called them cause I needed a tow and I found the # online. After I called about 5 other places and no one answered, they answered right away and said they could to me to the auto shop I wanted to go to and he was there within a half hour. The tow guy was cool and got the job done fast and didn't damage my car. I just wanted to say thanks again for doin what you advertise.

good repairs. Honest people with honest prices. Mechanics did a great job and explain everything to me. Also took some money off the bill.
