Amazing Staff. The owner of North Shore Nails and Spa is so eager to please and does a wonderful job. All of the employees are respectful and do an amazing job.

beautiful place, horrible staff. i wanted to get a manicure and pedicure there and it was so short staffed that i couldn't get in. they had only 2 nail techs there and i do believe one of them was the owner. i cannot believe that a full running service spa has no staff. on top of it, neither one could barely speak any english so it made it difficult for me to communicate with them. i will not be going back and i will not recommend it to my friends

got to try it!. i got a mani and pedi at this spa, and i was extremely pleased with the services and i recently just got married so decided to use them for my facial, massage, and spray tan as well. the staff was just amazing, they defiantly helped destress me a few days before my big day!

great place!. I went to North Shore Nails and Day Spa for the first time the other day to get a manicure and pedicure. The staff was extremely friendly. I was greeted at the door as soon as I walked in. My nails were done by Shimmy, and she was just amazing, so welcoming, and friendly. Plus my nails have never looked better! You can't beat the price either...$35.00!!! I will be coming again in 3 weeks!

Excellent service!. My first time at North Shore Day Spa was phenomenal! They were very warm and welcoming and made my experience a great one! They just gained a long-term client!

great affordable spa. I no longer live in Chicago but I used to go to North Shore for endermologie. Drove up from the city b/c the cost was a lot less. I was definitely satisfied with the staff, location, facilities, etc. Everyone there is really nice and accommodating and the atmosphere was relaxed and not stuffy. Would definitely still be using there services if I would not have moved.

best spa on the north shore. I have been there several times for Nia to do airbrush tanning. She is the BEST! In addition, the spa is always very clean, she is never late and really cares about her clients. The spa has a sophisticated ambiance, but the prices are definitely affordable. Other so-called spas on the North Shore are noisy, confusing and NOT RELAXING. All staff are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this spa.

Sanctuary!!. This is the most beautiful, relaxing place I have ever been to. The massage made me feel like a new person and the facial made my skin radiate! The staff is very skilled and helpful. My treatment was personal and individualized to meet my specific needs. Can't wait to go back!!
