A few months back, I had a pre-arranged appt. to get my hair colored and trimmed. At my appointment time, I went in the salon. Well, the Manager was the only person working at the time, this was a Friday night too, and told her I had an appointment. She said they wouldn't advise doing my hair without bleeching it first and they always do consults first. I told her I already spoke with someone on the phone and told the girl that I had colored hair. She never mentioned having a consult. They would not color my hair.

- Cons: Disorganized, wastes your time
