I have been going here for years. Amanda has been my stylist for the past 2 years. I recently chopped 8 inches off my hair. I was nervous because I have had long hair for a while. Amanda made my short cut look cute and stylish! I trust her with any haircut!

Everyone is always friendly and they provide excellent service. I have been going to this salon for about 5 years and I recommend it everyone. I have a wonderful hairstylist that does a great job and I am never disappointed.

I always enjoy coming into Gordon Lakeview. The atmosphere is really comfortable and professional. I am very confident in the abilities of all the stylists and I'm always happy with the results.

Loved the conditioning treatment and head massage given at the start. All the products used don't make your hair feel like a ton of stuff is on it. Great service and friendly staff.

It might have been because it was a Sunday, but the salon seemed eerily quiet. I don't remember music, though there might have been and it was just low. The place was very clean, but that might have contributed to the atmosphere seeming a little sterile in this large, very empty room.

I had a one hour massage yesterday thanks to the wonderful Groupon that was offered! I arrived and was greeted immediately, shown where the restroom was, asked if I wanted any beverages, etc. Becca was my masseuse, and I cannot say enough great things about her! She offered a foot soak to start and I got to the option to choose my oil aroma for the massage. The ambience, music, lighting, temperature, etc was great. Becca gave me the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had. She allowed me to relax and enjoy my time, and only spoke if I had a question or needed a change in pressure. I would 100% recommend Gordon Salan and Spa and Becca to anyone, and in fact, I already have!

I've been going to Gordon Salon, in Highland Park and now in Lakeview, for several years. No matter who I see, when a master stylist or a newer one, I always get exceptional service and a great haircut.
