The Scene – Floor-to-ceiling windows offer great street peeks in this comfortable hangout. Casual-cool diners and drinkers pack the intimate bar, while the adjacent dining space fills with couples and a low conversational buzz. Rustic concrete floors, stainless-steel bucket seats and a fireplace add panache, while occasional live music provides folksy appeal. – – The Food – The menu boasts an array of globally inspired small plates, from crispy pork and shrimp spring rolls to herb and Parmesan russet fries with truffle mayo, honey mustard and garlic aioli for dipping.…
great wine, good food...

I like flight, it's modern and the staff is friendly. It gets a little loud sometimes, but overall I think it's a great place to hang out and drink some good wine and some pretty weird but good food. Whenever we eat there, we don't get full on entrees, just appetizers, so I don't know if those are better. I hear the owner's kind of a rich kid, but I've never met him. The manager there is a pretty good guy and I can vouch the staff like him.
- Pros: Great wine in a cool place
- Cons: a little loud
They DO take reservations

The review up top says it best...this place serves whatever you're in the mood for. Flights of wine, great choice of martini's, entree's & tapas. The bar area is swanky with a large screen TV, the main room is casual, with tall bar stool type chairs at some of the tables, and the side room is more attuned to a quiet or romantic dinner. And, by the way, I just made a reservation for tonight (Friday night at 7pm)...so they do take them.
Great dining in Glenview

This restaurant took the town by suprise. The outstanding wine selection and great menu are highly recommended. Many wine flight options, appetizers and food items are all fresh, delicious. This location is great for any night of the week, but be prepared to wait on friday or saturday after 6pm. They dont take reservations. They also have a great room for a private dinner and do a fabulous menu for private functions.
- Pros: Great wine, great food
- Cons: No reservations
