A Chicago Gem

I live a few blocks from Greer and I feel so fortunate there's a store of this caliber in the neighborhood. The selection of stationery is incredible, the displays beautiful and the service is always friendly and impeccable. I've been to many paper stores around the world and there are few, if any, that measure up to this one.

• Pros: Mind boggling quality and beauty.
• Cons: Some items a little expensive, but a good selection of lower-priced items.

Expensive pretty over priced Hallmark

Cute shop with a snouty attitude which does not reflect the diversity of the nieghborhood. The area speaks of Bohemian ways, but this place reminds me that corporate America is just re-packaging while uping the costs, just to re-sell it to you with a fake smile. I guess I just hate fake people.

Not buying into that lie.

• Pros: Great neighborhood
• Cons: They don't belong there with a bad attitude.

Best Stationary and Greeting Cards Ever!!!

I cannot walk down the street and pass by a card store without walking in and checking them out. I have lived in the great city of San Diego and Boulder, Colorado as well and have yet to find a store that is as appealing as Greer, the store is beautiful, the products and truley unique and sales associates are always helpful and kind, even if your not that into paper and gift stores you should stop in just to check it out.

• Cons: A little expensive, but not too bad!!! Cards range from 2.50-6.00
