Don't do business with them. I don't think there very reliable and the rates are horrible, not too mention the management of the company are very fake people with no sense of how business works. The cash flow projections for public entities are very unrealistic and are always off. Basically, they show far off worse case scenarios so they can secure business by scaring board members. Avoid them at all costs!
