The person I complained to on the phone was not only rude but accursed me of cursing him. I say that he is a liar. This is proven by the fact that with out inspecting his work he insisted that there was nothing wrong with the installation. That seems kind of stupid also. He suggested to me that if I was smart enough to see that something was wrong with the installation, maybe he should hire me. I am willing to say I would only work for them as a customer service person, someone that would inspect his work and resolve complaints more curtiously and respectful than he did with my dissatisfaction with the work that was done. I think that maybe if I had more than one window installed, and a vent replaced I may have got more respect. This was not the first time I had a window installed by this company. I was well satisfied with their work then, but this time I find their attitude disgusting.

I have ordered and installed 8 glass block windows for my bungalow. Bizik is by far the least expensive and easiest to work with of all the vendors that I researched. I had watched two of the windows being installed, then did the rest myself. When I broke an internal block in the window (while installing, oops), Bizik was able to replace the block within 24 hours. The location is a bit out of the way but worth it. I am now replacing the windows in my sister's house, and will buy from Bizik: the price really hasn't changed much in 5 years!!
