NO SERVICE AT ALL

I dropped my dress and veil off at the end of 2006 with the standard 90 day contact. I have been calling to schedule an appointment to pick it up for over 4 months now!
NO CALL BACKS, NO EMAILS BACK... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Buyer Beware

Ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses there in August - It's now January and they have just arrived. The only problem now is I can not pin down the owner on when I can pick them up. She's on a very limited schedule and has rescheduled on me twice. She's not very good at returning phone calls either.

The owner was great!! She was very knowlegeable and sensitive to my very specific needs. I would definately recommend anyone who is looking for a wedding dress, actually th e whole bridal party! Keep up the good work!!
