Great Lunch Spot!. My fiance and I stop here for lunch whenever we are in the area and get the chance. I have never had dinner but I am sure it is just as enjoyable.

PRIME RIB MELTED IN YOUR MOUTH AND VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD, I HAD PRIME RIB, MEDIUM RARE IT WAS JUST LIKE I ORDER AND BAKE POTATOE AND SALAD AND NICE HOT ROLLS. THE WAITER MICHAELWAS EXCELLENT. THE PRIME RIB MELTED IN YOUR MOUTH AND VERY RESASONABLE PRICE.

Very nice place overall.. I went with a friend for drinks and a meal. Food was excellent. I had the porterhouse with sauteed mushrooms and a salad and a raspberry sorbet for desert. The steak was one of the best I?ve eaten in awhile. My friend had the swordfish and said it was very fresh delicious. He said the entire meal was excellent. I also had the Mussels, which were also fresh and properly prepared.

The atmosphere was good and The owner even came over to see how we liked the meal. A little on the pricey side though but the experience was worth it.

Great atmosphere, terrible food and service. My wife and I dined here last night. When we walked in we felt like we were in for a great meal, nice atmosphere and entree prices from $25-$60. We were suprised that the food was literally tasteless. I can only compare it to hospital cafeteria food. I had stuffed tilapia which was over cooked and soggy. it was supposed to be stuffed with crab meat, but was stuffed with a fishy tuna salad type. Very disappointing because it was $30 and I could only eat a few bites. My wife had pasta with lobster. On the menu it said chunks of lobster. What a joke, there was maybe a couple of very small "bits" of lobster and the pasta looked like mush out of a box. $32 ouch!! I should have used my 5 minute rule, we did not see our waiter for the first 10 minutes and he was very shady. I can only speculate that they do not have a professional chef on staff and are using low wage untrained cooks. The food, sauces and salad dressing did not have any taste, it was bland and the texture of the food was soggy. Do not waste your money, this was a $95 mistake, I would go back for just drinks in the bar, but I will never eat the food again, unless they make drastic changes.

Fresh and tsstefully done. Foxfire is very comfortable, an enjoyable dining room in all areas. The service, food, ambience, and pricing is all in a good niche -- above casual but not starchy formal. Great selection of steaks available in addition to fresh fish and fowl. Desserts are so temping that some nights I have ordered two for myself. Definitely a place to return to with anyone. Sit near the fireplace for romance, near the bar for sports on the tube.
