Good experience - Highly recommended!

I was referred to James & Sons on Clybourn by a friend who had visited the James & Sons store in Orland Park. I was looking for a Tacori engagement ring. I worked with a sales person named Leslie. She showed me two Tacori rings that were within my price range and didn't try to push me into a more expensive ring. James & Sons sized the ring for free that same day and gave me a ring box that had a light in it. Needless to say, I bought the ring and proposed to my girlfriend the next weekend. We'll be married next summer!

I don't know when the people who left the other comment went to James & Sons, but I didn't experience any of the things they complained about. Maybe they were grouchy customers. I cannot recommend James & Sons highly enough!

horrible customer service

We were visting from out of state when we walked in the store.I saw 1 man and 1 young lady working.The man had a customer.There was a young blonde to busy to greet my fiance and me seeing that she was on her cell phone.After being in that store for 5 minutes with no one to help us we decided to leave.IWe will not recommend your store to our friends visting the area due to poor customer service!
